Data from the Tracker Programme is not reflected on the Data Visualiser

Hi data that is captured on the Tracker programme inside facilities is not entire reflected on the event or data visualiser, what seems to be the issue? e.g. facility would have 18 patients captured but when you report its 2

Hi
Open data administrator app, then press analytical tables, then run it.
Once it’s finished. Return back to data visualization and run it. It will work successfully with you.

In addition to @sami.oracle10g suggestion, please try to clear the browser cache after running the analytics tables export.

If it’s still not working, would you check and compare if there’s any diffeence between the 16 patients that are not reported and the 2 patients that are reported? Are the two have a ‘completed’ event, for example and the other don’t? Are the two patients for a certain facility which has different sharing settings than the other facilities?

All the patients have completed the events and I went through the settings but still not working, kindly assist

Thanks @Tumisang! What version of dhis2 are you using? Are you able to reproduce this issue in any of the play.dhis2.org instances?

It will require further investigation to understand the issue, would you please open the Network tab and console in your Browser DevTools (F12 → Network), and then click on Update in the Data Visualizer app? Check if there are any errors in the network requests and take a screenshot.

Can also try clearing the DHIS2/browser cache or using an Incognito browser, to be sure it is retrieving data from the server…
