Data Exchange on Demo instances

I am testing the the data exchange functionality using
Source: DHIS 2 Demo - wahid khan
Destination: https://play.im.dhis2.org/stable-2-40-11-1

username: admin
pass: district

I get the permissions error.

Status: 403
