It seems you have to look at access and sharing parameters of the DEs’ and dataSet.

Thank you so much for your prompt reply, this is not the issue of sharing while you use administrative user.

Dear community experts please comment on it becuase it was working on previous version after upgradation i am facing this problme.

Are there any console errors? This will provide more insight about the issue. You can check by following these steps:
Right-click anywhere in the webpage and then select Inspect. Or, press F12. DevTools opens next to the webpage. In the top right of DevTools, the Open Console to view errors button displays an error about the webpage.

The only solution for this type of error is the upgradation of the instance to new stable version.
