Hi Friends,

Has anyone noticed this error during data entry? Query did not return a unique result: 7? It happens during data entry. On a server running on 2.35. There is an error in the logs - but it’s not helpful:
Is this a known issue?

@Jerome.S Are you using categoryoptioncombos on the data entry form? Check if they’re duplicated, that could be the reason.
