I have a strange issue, I can see data in pivot tables but the same data does not appear in data entry forms. Can someone tell me when this happen?

Remember DHIS2 aggregates at any level for OUs below. Are you aggregating at a higher level or?
If you are, you need to check on the Ordunits below. Also if a dataset was assigned to an Org Units and removed after data entry, data will still be available for analysis.

Welcome to the community. The topic discussion you posted in is from 2015 and major changes have happened. Would you kindly create a new topic explaining the issue you are facing. Which app are you using? The Data Entry app?
If the data is not showing then please try the following step by step:
If the errors are not gone, please open the Network tab and Console in your DevTools (F12 → Network) before you open the dataset and then check for errors in red text that could help us understand why data is not appearing, select each error if there are any and take a screenshot - better if you include both request and response. Additionally, please share the complete Catalina.out log (without sensitive/authentication info) so we could double check there are no other errors.
