We have reported a similar issue on October 23, 2020, but have not received any response to this since we reported it.
I replied to @phil in one of his posts on the patch upgrade and he said he would check if someone from dev could look into this matter.
We have not been able to move from 2.33 because of this issue.
Tagging the @dhis2-backend team again on this.
