Hello,

Whenever go to data entry form and chose one of my form it start loading and
stays the same loading

I am attaching screen shoot

Can I any help please

Hi Nami,

Sometimes it sounds stupid to ask an expert to clear cache in such situation but if you havent done so, try clearing the cache first.

If symptoms persist check on the user roles whether the user role is assigned data entry and the particular datasets.

Hi,

which DHIS version is this? Try downloading the latest 2.17 stable version from dhis2.org, we have done some fixes to make form loading more robust.

Yes I am using 2.17 version and I reset the browser to its default setting and problem solved
