Data entry form 2018

Hello everyone, i want to create a form of last year 2018.
and when i select that form in data entry i want it in period section to list only 2018 months and not 2019 months or to go previous to get to 2018…
Is these possible?

This is possible if you adjust the opening and closing dates of the orgunnits to 1st Jan and close on 31st Dec.

Or you can check out the DATA INPUT PERIOD under dataset maintenance.
