Data elements violating exclusive group sets

I’m updating a 2.0.4 installation to 2.4 (2.5 soon) and when I ran the data integrity checks, it listed (most, all) of my data elements as “violating exclusive group sets”

This check seems to have been added recently and hasn’t made it into the latest documentation. I think it should be inserted between 18.2.2 and 18.2.3 in the user manual.

Does anyone have a good description of this error and what to do about it? I think it should be something like the similar “18.2.13 Organization units violating exclusive group sets” text.

Thanks,

Mark

Hello!
What "data elements violating exclusive group sets" means is that you have data elements that are assigned to more than one group, and that these groups have then been assigned to the same group set. Thus the listed data elements appear in the same group set more than once, which they normally should not.

You are right that this is missing from the manual, I will look into that.

Olav
