Data elements disappear from sections again and again

Hi all,

I have added data elements to different sections in an event program. I opened the capture app and all was ok. After some hours all data elements disappeared from the sections, I added them again, but they again disappeared. I do not know what be the problem.

What app are you using? Capture or Tracker? What is the DHIS2 version? When the Data Elements disappear, do they disappear in the Maintenance app?

Finally, could you repeat the steps in your browser’s Guest mode ( Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help) to be sure that there are no cache issues? If the issue doesn’t show up then this was a browser cache issue, but if it does then we will need to debug this further such as getting the steps to reproduce, network requests and console log.
