This means that one of your data elements UIDs did not matching anything. The reason it says “or not accessible” is that it could also have been hidden through sharing.
could that be a problem of categoryoptioncombo? or attributeoptioncombo? I do not have these values…I have seen in the user manual that only dataelement, period and orgunit are required!
Thank you for your help

I see that you are using the name for the data element column? this is not supported, you should use the ID (you can easily get it from the api), same with org unit

Yes Morten, but even with the ID (I took the ID from the details popup of that data element) I still have the same error.

if you have the appropriate access - make sure that the relevant data elements are accessible to you, either by setting their “public access” to read or read-write, or by adding your account to a group which is shared with the data elements.

I am working on my laptop with default admin user account with superuser role assigned to all Orgunit, data set and data elements.
I keep looking for a way to pass this step…
Thank you.

I always had this message when I let the column headers on my CSV file. But I still important and it works. This message did you get it when you executed in ‘Dry Run= YES ‘or even when is’ NO’? Because I had hesitations when this message had appeared for the first time but after testing, it did not affect my base but it was a successful import. In the attached image my result.
