After investigation, I noticed that the users to see the dashboard must: 1) be granted superuser privileges; 2) be the owner of charts/pivot tables or 3) be shared the charts/pivot tables on the Data Visualizer app.
As anyone in the community faces the same issue? Please advise.
Please make sure that all the apps (Dashboard app, Maps app, Line Listing app, and Data Visualizer app) are updated to the latest update. After that you might want to clear application cache and reload apps … and test by checking out the dashboard again using the Guest mode of your browser.
