Dashboard share access issue

Hi everyone,

I’m currently experiencing issues with dashboard access. I have properly configured user roles and user groups, and I’ve granted access to the dashboard at both the user group and individual levels. However, despite these configurations, users are still unable to view the visualizations, as shown in the image below.

When opening the visualization directly, I noticed that the data appears to be missing.

Interestingly, the dashboard and visualizations only display correctly when I grant users full access authority. However, doing this unintentionally provides them with broader permissions, including access to apps and programs that were not explicitly shared with them.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue without having to grant full access authority?

If you import this user role and you assigned it to the users who should be accessing the dashboard, does it work?

I tried the user role above; I still encounter the same issue.

I also just noticed where the problem might be coming from. I noticed the users do not have access to any visualizations previously saved.

Hi Everyone.

I finally found the issue and resolved it. All the visualizations, for some reason, have no public access. I had to download the JSON and update the visualization share access. Most of the visualizations are now available on the dashboard. Just a few more visualizations are left to fix. Thank you, @msilva.

Glad that it works now! Sharing is always the main culprit when you cannot acccess anything in DHIS2
