Is it possible to assign a user role that provides access only to dashboards, without granting access to other analytics apps? The goal is to allow users—mainly country partners after data approval—to view and download dashboards as they are, without accessing detailed data. This setup used to be possible in earlier DHIS2 versions. This time it require access to maps and visualizer plugins and there is way to share it other than giving access to maps and visualization apps.
Good question! I don’t know if this is by design or a new bug introduced so I will need to reproduce on play then triage this. Basically, you are creating a user but only granting them access to the dashboard app (nothing else)? And I assume, you’re giving them access to each individual favorite in the Dashboard?
For your use-case, if this is not a bug and it’s by design, would using a solution such as Flexiportal work?
