Dashboard items not showing for some roles

I am able to see dashboard items on Superuser role but not with some other roles, I am getting an error below (with a Yellow icon) on every portion where an item was supposed to display;

Aw, Snap. We are sorry for this inconvenience, our server tells us that
(Error Code )
<small>this._subscribe is not a function</small>

Am I missing Authorities on that role?
Help will be appreciated.
