Hi all,

I see no data in my dashboard, but when I try in chrome incognito window, I can see all the data. Can you help me troubleshoot this issue?

Hi @fernandoshake

When the data doesn’t appear properly in your browser but works in private/incognito mode then this is a browser cache issue. The solution is to clear the cache using the Browser Cache Cleaner app. If that doesn’t work, open the DevTools (F12) and then right click on the refresh icon to select ‘Empty Cache and Hard Reload’
