Thank you for the reaction @Gassim. I have a form with several activities to complete, each is collected and tracked on DHIS2. The problem is that with datasets by creating a custom form with javascript, only the first activity is recorded. However, we have several activities to inform and follow.

What solution can we consider to implement this?
