Custom dataset jQuery Bug on DHIS2 2.40.5 Version

Dear Dhis2 Developers,

I have a large dataset with custom design form and sometimes it loads data and sometimes it does not load data.

Kindly fix this issue in upcoming version or it has any other alternative option being solved please let us know.

I have used Jquery library in Custom Form while removing the Library for now It is fixed.

Thanks for sharing the solution @mohammadayub864. JQuery is not supported in custom forms.
