Good work that you made the commit… but I couldn’t run the code. I think there are files (at least one - Unable to find resource '/dhis-web-maintenance-patient/selectDataElement.vm ) which are not yet committed.
And also the form thing
I thought you were going to take it out of the dataset.

It is no more for datasets only, now for programstages also. We can even use it for default (looking similar to dataentry form) report generation.
The other thing, if you remember we even talked about having a set of forms for datasets/programstages. Because sometimes you might have multiple tables/sections. Do you think you can include these things?
