Create a dataset of people only with enrollment

Hi everyone!

I’m trying to collect data from teachers in school and ideally I need a tracker program with no stages because all the information I want to register I can register them with only the enrollment part without entering any datas. Is it possible to do something like that or I will encounter problems of some kind?
