Hi @marta, was this ever resolved? We are having the same issue, and, because of it, our teams in the field have started data collection on paper again. Sorry, tagging you in all issues I can find that seem similar to ours!

we have done many fixes since then… A new version will be released in the next hours. I would recommend to test it out and if it still crashes then please get back to us.
