I am new to DHIS2 and I would like to start contributing. However, I am not able to comment on DHIS2 Jira issues. I am not sure if this is a permissions issue or something else. Could anyone help me?

Thank you for your post and showing interesting in contributing. Certain issues might have different permissions, so would you kindly share which Jira issue?
Additionally, depending on the issue, it might even be better if you start the conversation here in the forum (with links to the issue). For instance, you could create a new topic here about the issue you are facing and add a link to the Jira issue.
