I want you to share me metadata of standard climate change forms. Then I will using them and starting build clear idea about the approaching I will use it to analysis our project requirements and build customization forms which appropriate well with our activities project and go though the climate change implementation process.

Hi Sami, currently we don’t have any standard DHIS2 metadata packages for hosting climate data in DHIS2, but we will be looking into creating and publishing metadata packages in the future.
