Clear data mart..could we add a user?

When this happens, it can be rather inconvenient. Could we add the user responsible for such an action?

Yes we can. I have added username for maintenance and resource table operations in r9589.

This should probably be done in a more generic way since it might be interesting for most actions but will do for now.
