In version 2.40, see release note, multiselect was introduced for aggregate,

Multi-select option sets for aggregate data entry: The aggregate data entry app now supports multi-select option sets for text values. A new value type MULTI_TEXT is introduced for data elements, which allows users to select multiple options for an option set. This is useful for instance in survey forms, where you can ask users to check multiple boxes for a single question.

In version 2.41, see release note, multi-select was introduced for tracker,

Dhis2 will support from this version support the selection of multiple options for datasets for both aggregated and individual multi-select data elements. They will also be available for analysis through indicators and program indicators.
