Changing default values in an android form

We are setting up a data capture form in the Android app using data elements and a data set to create the form on the mobile.

The current design looks like this.

1. Is there a way to change the word ‘values’ to something else?

2. Where can I find the setting the change the ‘default’ to something else?

3. Is there a way to add some custom text block to the form to explain some instructions?

4. How do we add ‘help info’ to this form, when I press the 3 dots on the top right and select ‘show help’ I get a message saying - ‘there is no information for this screen’

Have you tried using Section forms for your form? Although it’s not possible to create custom form (probably means ‘values’ can’t change) but the one you took a picture of is the default (basic) form so another option is the section form which might help because each section can be given its own title.

To answer this question, these words cannot be altered using the standard options in the maintenance dashboard.
