Challenge with data import with the bulk load app - option code not recognized

Hello. So when doing a data import with the bulk load app, we get an error claiming the option code is not a valid option code. However no change was made to the options in the template. We only get past this stage if we reselect the options in the document and save again. Anyone experienced this before?

If I understood you correctly this is something that was working before and started failing after an update on bulk load? or is it a new data set or new template?

By “reselect the options” in the docuument do you mean you download an excel with data and have to “click” the drop down for it to work?

If this is what is happening is it possible for you to share the bulk load template and the metadata to generate the data set?
