Thank you for your post. Would you please try to copy the text in the box that showed up? The text is not clear.
Additionally, right before the error appears probably when you select the option, please open the Console and Network tab in your browser’s DevTools (F12), and then after you click the option please see what errors appear in those two tabs and take screenshots.
To understand the issues, please share as much information as possible. Did you make sure the sharing settings are set properly?

Thanks for the info. Please check the sharing settings for the category and category options,
If the sharing settings are set properly, please run Maintenance (reload apps, and clear application cache) in the Data Administration app, and then if you have access to Google Chrome use Guest mode ( Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help) to check if it works or not. Would you please share the complete Catalina.out log (without the sensitive/authentication info) if it doesn’t work?

I’m not sure if it’s before or after but it does seem like there is an issue making use of the category options and one reason for this is that the sharing settings need to be properly configured.
Another issue that is apparent in the console is that there is an issue connecting to the server so the Catalina.out (without sensitive info) log will help find out what the issue is.
