Category Option Combo

Hello,

I created over than 100 Category options separated on six categories (Attribute type) and put the categories in one category combination (also attribute type)

I have 16 GB ram and the tomcat is only consuming about 2GB, but It’s taking too long time to map all category options to each other,

Could anyone guide me on that or any advice about this, or is it normal? Or maybe there is certain order steps to do that ?

Hi Lars,

In the maintenance when I preform maintenance to “Update category option combinations” it keep going and going

I noticed in the category option combination that I reached 5000 pages and each page has 50 entries, I checked the database table categoryoptioncombo has 250004 recoreds

And whatever I add category option it’s not added to the categoryoptioncombo table, I am using 2.21 revision 20959

did you check catalina.out for error messages pointing at memory shortages?

Yes, I did and no error of any kind, I checked my memory performance I have 16GB and only 3GB is consumed
