Category combination combos are duplicated

Hi there I am am working on a solution for fixing duplicated category combo data (With correct UUID and incorrect UUID). I am not able to delete the ones that I don’t want.

I have the metedata in JSON format so would also be happy with factory reseting my system and loading my metadata again.

Any help would be appreciated. I cannot upgrade to the latest cause it has not been approved for the project.

Could you write down the steps to reproduce this on any of the play.dhis2.org instances?
