Capture Error: Key dataEntryForms not found in namespace capture

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing this issue across all tracker programs in the Capture app when opening any TEIs.

Does anyone know how to resolve this error?

Hi @jamal_aljadan,

I had experienced the same error and I noticed that has been caused by the data element set as mandatory and the same time has skip logic on top of it (program rule). To fix that I had made it not mandatory.
