I am trying to configure a user-level authorities and assign their organization units in my instance.

User role:
-Data entry among multiple/specific facilities
-Seacrh TEA in all OUs
The problem i have encountered is when i set up the OUs for [Data output and analysis] and [Search]
→ Goal: allow users to view all accessible record working list
→ Issue:
- when i select OUs for for [Data output and analysis] and [ Search] (even select the natioanl level), the working list cannot be loaded if there is no specific facility is select for the OU. That is, “all records assessible” list doesn’t seen working,
- Yet, if i don’t set up any for [Data output and analysis] and [Search], the all record working list worked but i cannot search for names in the OU dropdown…
Is there specific setting i would need to do for the working list and user assigned OUs
