The capture app has been working fine until it just started showing the error: “The application could not be loaded. Please see log for details.” The version is 2.39.4.1.
I have read some past community posts but none were conclusive. I have attached screenshots from the Data integrity check (there were some cat combo issues which I have since solved, cleared cache and reload apps) and the network tabs (I don’t know what I’m looking for here, everything seemed fine).
Hi @dauntless. Could you check the console tab of your browser when you load the app? There should hopefully be more details about what specific error is causing the app to not load.
Hello Thomas, thank you so much for your response. I checked the console and I saw what the issue could potentially be. We did some data importation with the Data Import App for some event programs, and I think something in the metadata broke the app. I’m trying to identify which specific event it could be, then maybe I could delete the data and event program itself.
Any advise you have here would be greatly appreciated.
