Can't open TEI dashboard of TEI registered in old version

Hi all,

After I upgraded a database from version 2.29 to 2.31.5. There is a tracker program with 1 confidential tracked entity attribute (encrypted). I realized that all tracked entity instances that registered in 2.29 version are now can’t be opened in tracked entity instance dashboard

This issue is not effected to program that has NO encrypted attribute. Below is the error log

Does anyone has experience on this or know how to solve, if you don’t mind, please share.

Hello @em.hispvietnam, @jomutsani and @dhis2-tracker I have made 2 posts on JIRA regarding this issue (Log in with Atlassian account) since the release of the update for 2.33.2.

We started experiencing this after upgrading to 2.33.1 and reported it here Records in Tracker Program Not Opening

We were hoping that this would be fixed in 2.33.2 and is actually reported as fixed on JIRA but for some reason, we are still experiencing this issue.

Do kindly take a look at the fix again.
