Can't login to CCM Android app using DHIS2 server credentials

Hello All
I need some help with work on CCM-App. I install it on my phone but can’t log in to my server by CCM App. When entering the data required (my DHIS2 instance) to log in, a message appears Login error.
Is there anything I can do before that?
