I am trying to access the Data Exchange app at DHIS 2 Demo - Sierra Leone, but the configuration button is not visible. However, when I install the app on my own instance, the configuration button appears.
What could be causing this issue?
Additionally, I am unable to update the Superuser role.
As mentioned, the admin roles are limited, but you should be able to update the admin user’s permissions and then see the configuration options in data exchange app.
When logged in with admin user:
open the Users app
Select User roles
Open Superuser role
Click the authorities for adding/deleting data exchange
Depending on the version, you might get logged out after making this update, but the authorities should update (you can verify by opening the Superuser role again).
Once this is done, you should be able to see the configurations button.
