We are encountering a sudden issue in our tracker program — unable to register new clients. This functionality was working well before, and we haven’t made any recent changes to the system. Now, an error message appears when we try to register.
The current version 2.41.3.
Has anyone else experienced this or know what might be causing it?

I tried using incognito mode, and the registration worked perfectly. Then I cleared my browser cache and tested again — everything is working fine now!

One tip to quickly find out if there’s a browser cache is to try incognito or even better, the browser’s (Guest mode) which has a new cache for each new browser instance: Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help
