Cannot Download Report Table

Hello Support,
We are using DHIS2 ver 2.33.3
I am trying to download an event report data. When I use the normal download for CSV I get this

When I try to use the download data CSV option under the update button, nothing happens and I see this error in the console:

Is there a way around this?

Also to add that this issue is reproducible on the demo site (2.33.6)

Dr @ifeanyiokoye

  • For the first problem you mentioned it’s more to do with large_client_header_buffers variable in nginx conf. Shall we increase value and try

  • Second issue i leave to DHIS2 core experts to comment
