Can not view history of completed enrollment

Dear CoP members

I was using DHIS2 version 2.38.1.1 for electronic immunization registry and registered my TEIs accordingly, then i updated the DHIS2 version to 2.39.1.2 lately … when a TEI finishes the vaccination schedule i pressed “complete” button to show that this person has completed the schedule , now according to my knowledge , to preview the previous schedule of this TEI i should press “History”, i practiced this but it gives me the following message
“No active enrollment exist for the selected program”

how to preview the comleted TEI previous history???

Hi

Please make sure you are not unclicking History instead of keeping it active. By default History is already chosen if there are no active enrollments so when you click on History it’s being hidden. Please see the GIF below:
