As part of a project to establish a call center for a Public Health Emergency Operations Center (PHEOC/COUSP) in N’Djamena, Chad, we are looking for experienced developers and system integrators to support the application and technical integration components.
The scope includes:
- development or customization of a CRM / public health alert management platform;
- integration with Asterisk / VoIP, preferably through ARI;
- backend based on PostgreSQL / PostGIS;
- authentication through Keycloak / OpenID Connect;
- integration with DHIS2 Tracker API;
- management of the complete alert lifecycle: intake, qualification, prioritization, escalation, investigation, follow-up, and closure;
- offline operation / deferred synchronization;
- French and Arabic interface, including full RTL support;
- strong security controls for sensitive health data;
- on-premise, containerized deployment on the client’s servers;
- dashboards, KPI monitoring, and reporting.
We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas: Asterisk, FreePBX, CTI, open-source CRM, DHIS2, digital health, health information systems, alert management platforms, PostgreSQL, Keycloak, Docker, APIs, and cybersecurity.
The assignment may require several profiles, including: Lead Developer / Software Architect, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, Asterisk/VoIP Specialist, DHIS2 Expert, DevOps Engineer, and Security Specialist.
