Bulk Load APP

Hi all!

Some context needed:
Currently our PROD instance is running 2.37.9.1 version of the system.

To improve our system stability and security level we decided to upgrade to 2.39.7.1. So we did it for our DEV instance first. We performed a lot of different tests and every single feature seems to be working well EXCEPT Bulk Load App. It always gives “Value-type” connected errors like these:

I checked the excel template we used for import multiple times. There are no issues. Also, exactly the same template works smoothly on our PROD (2.37.9.1)

I hope somone from @eyeseetea can help me with that.

Thanks for reaching out! With no access to your DHIS2 instance, it is a bit difficult to determine what the actual problem is. Can you please try to reproduce the problem in the play instance and share steps and the excel with us?
