We did report this here and the DHIS2 Team is working on that. version 40.4.2 of DHIS2 would do. And yes, I’m quite sure the error is related.

I haven’t experienced any success yet. Sorry, I meant that it was on one of my instances running 2.40.0.1 which I later upgraded to 2.41.5 and it’s still there. Though what is interesting is that I have two other instances running 2.41.5 and Bulk Load works fine on there.
