Hi everyone,
A couple of years ago, a student group in Oslo built functionality to construct OrgUnit trees from a Geoserver based webservice offered by WHO, which exposes several administrative level polygons for each country
(GeoJSON is in fact one of the possible output formats, as Jason pointed out recently, and could prove very useful, though we may have to combine it with the kind of generalization algorithms that e.g. FME or Mapshaper.com offer).
Does this functionality still exist?
