I think the numerator/denominator window is different from the others as
the left box is a formula editor rather than selected list.
Fixed for validation rule and dataset section.

Options to select from should ALWAYS be to the left, and the selected
options on the right.
This holds for:
- Indicator numerator and denominator editor
- Add/remove validation rule left and right side
- Add/remove validation rule group
