client (Smart phone version) app which we are utilizing a lot. But once
I upgrade my DHIS2 instance to 2.29, this app is no longer there. How
can I include it to my instance so that I will use like the previous
lower versions of DHIS2.

What you need to do to arrange some people with default scope, they will do
your stuffs free of cost without jmx massage communication.
