I’m using dhis 2 mobile configuration sms command to fill my tracker program form (Tracker capture with registration). But after sending the message into the system, I realized that I must click on the “Re-import” button before getting the message into dhis 2 tracker dashboard.
So what can I do to get my sms be imported automatically. Or what can I do to see automatically the tracker message that has been sent into the system via sms on my tracker dashboard without clicking on the “Re-import button”.

SMS will be saved with status FAILED/UNHANDLED/INCOMING if it was not successfully parsed. All these SMS messages will have to be re-imported or they will get re-imported automatically once the DHIS 2 instance is restarted.
Now unsuccessful parsing can be caused by many reasons for example
Some SMS commands are suppose to be sent by DHIS 2 user, in case if there is no user associated with the sender phone number then SMS will not be parsed and will show an error message "No user associated with this phone number".

I just want to precise that I have already registered all SMS sender users and associated their phone numbers into the system (DHIS 2) but the status "FAILED/UNHANDLED/INCOMING" and "Re-import" still remain. I also restarted several times DHIS 2 instance but nothing has been done.
So could Anyone give me another method please?

I use DHIS2 Version: 2.22, Build revision: 21979 and Build date: 2016-04-13 03:37. I made up the configuration you told about but nothing has been improved.
Please any other solution?
