Hi Devs,
Users with the Roles that have the authority "Add/Remove Members in Read only groups" are expected to be able to edit members of groups that have been set to View only. This is however not happening , users can see the user group in the list but can only view details.This should not be expected behaviour (or is this expected?)
Tested in latest builds of 2.22 (22016) and 2.23 (22935).
