This issue is about Contraceptive prevalence rate (CPR) where we require current user of contraceptive users. Suppose we entered data from January to December. Current user of family planning contraceptive is the data from December and not the total of January to December. Currently DHIS2 is generating sum of 12 months. Support we generate reports from Jan-Jun(6-months) then current user is data from June. That means current user is data of last period of supplied reporting period.
Same case is for current user of Tb and Leprosy.
We need that option while creating Data Element. There are option for
sum, average, count, standard deviation etc under Aggregation Operator.
I think if you create another option for “Last Period” which will
calculate latest data of given period then it will be easy for us. I
think other countries are also facing this issue. I have also attached
an image to make you clear.
