Event capture warns about unsaved data when cancelling an event, even if
no data has been entered (ie there is no data to warn about).
Steps to reproduce (on 2.20):
- click register event (for example with inpatient morbidity program on /demo)
- click cancel without entering any data
- a warning about unsaved will pop up
