I'm looking into what is required to contribute to the translation of the interface and found a broken link in the web site.
In the section i18n of development Developer Resources - DHIS2 the link i18n resource editor points to http://www.dhis2.org/download/dhis-i18n-resourceeditor.zip
The correct link should be http://www.dhis2.org/download/resources/dhis-i18n-resourceeditor.zip
